EP is the points system inside Eventify. You earn it by contributing and participating. It does two things: it moves you up the tier ladder, and it spends in the reward store on gift cards.
Earn EP for keeping
Kerala's event listings honest.
Event information goes stale fast. Venues change, dates move, posters go up and never get corrected. Eventify pays attention to the people who fix that. Submit a listing, add a photo, flag a wrong detail, and once it is verified you earn EP.
What EP is
Two balances matter. Lifetime EP is everything you have ever earned and it decides your tier. Liquid EP is what you have left to spend. Spending never drops your tier.
How to earn

Submissions are reviewed by a human before anything is awarded. More complete and more accurate submissions earn more. Fabricated or duplicate listings earn nothing.

Your tier shows on your public contributor profile and on the ring around your avatar in the app.
Tiers show how much you have contributed. They do not unlock discounts or early access.
What EP buys
The reward store turns EP into gift cards from real brands. Pick a brand, pick an amount, redeem, and the voucher code appears in the app and in your order history. EP also buys extra entries into giveaways, where paid entries exist.
Leaderboard
Contributors are ranked by district, so you are competing with your own town rather than the whole state. Share your rank as a card straight from the app.
Fair use
Every submission is verified before it earns anything. Duplicate submissions, invented events, scraped listings and images that are not yours will be rejected, and repeated abuse can cost you your contributor access. Full terms apply.
