How to request deletion
- In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm.
- By email: write to [email protected] from the email address on the account. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we act.
What is deleted
Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out on every device. Personal data associated with the account is then removed. Financial records tied to completed transactions are retained separately.
What is kept, and why
Records tied to completed transactions. Invoices, payment records, refund records and settlement entries are retained for 8 years because tax and accounting law requires it. These are kept as financial records and are not used to build a profile of you.
What happens to your tickets
Deleting the account removes access to any ticket on it. Transfer or use your tickets first.
